1+ years’ experience in working production / manufacturing or general labor
Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
Experience working with hand and power tools able to be trained on how to use
Reliable transportation (Transit not accessible to job site)
Job Duties :
- Lock Block Operator prepares and organizes the door components for assembly
- Layup Top Side Builder works across another builder, received the components on the assembly line and puts the components (stiles / rails) together onto the door skins to make the door essentially.
Once hammered together it is sent down the line. This is fast paced and requires someone roughly around 5’6 or taller to reach when putting components on the door)
- Read the schedule and ensure line is set up according to the schedule
- Maintain a building pace of minimum 110 doors per hour
- Assist in line set up and change overs
- Report any defects to Line loader
- Report back any remakes as required
- Record scrap when required
- Report any maintenance issues as necessary
- Ensure that Steel meets quality requirements
- Put away scrap steel and clean production line
Shift
- Monday to Friday 5 : 45am – 2 : 15pm

- $22.50 Per Hour
