Job Overview
Solid Foundations Montessori School Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Care Worker Assistant to support our team in creating a nurturing environment for children in the Birds Hill community. Responsibilities
- Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
- Engage in storytelling and songs to enrich children’s learning experiences
- Assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth
- Lead activities such as storytime, teaching songs, and taking children on educational outings
- Support early childhood educators and supervisors with record-keeping
- Guide and support children in developing self-care skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- Prepare snacks and arrange classroom spaces for lunch and rest periods
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations
Qualifications

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
