Job Overview

Job Duties
- Provide care and companionship during periods of incapacitation, convalescence, or family disruption.
- Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including assistance with mobility, bathing, and personal hygiene.
- Help clients with dressing and undressing.
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals, including special diets, and assist in feeding as needed.
- Perform routine health-related tasks under the supervision of a nurse or home care agency, such as changing non-sterile dressings, assisting with medication administration, and collecting specimens.
- Conduct light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, washing dishes, and making beds.
Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Credentials
