Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the method of shipment and schedule the distribution of goods.
- Schedule transportation conveyances and ensure the timely movement of materials.
- Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Assemble containers and crates for shipping.
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
- Maintain accurate records of goods, shortages, and rejected items.
- Route goods to proper storage areas, pack, and unpack goods for shipment.
- Affix identifying information and shipping instructions to shipments.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, supervise material handlers and helpers.
- Operate a forklift, use CNC machines, and manage inventory.
- Organize shipping documentation and track goods in transit.

- Proficiency in English is required.
Education:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience:
- Experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
Work Setting:
- Industrial facility or establishment, warehouse, commercial facility, manufacturing.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
- Familiarity with database software, inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Windows, and Adobe Suite is required.
