What You’ll Do
As a Care and Support Worker, you’ll:
- Assist service users with mobility challenges and physical disabilities, ensuring they feel safe and supported.
- Administer medications in line with care plans.
- Perform domestic tasks such as changing bedding, cleaning, and laundry.
- Prepare meals, snacks, and drinks to support nutrition.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, washing, and toileting.
- Support end-of-life care when needed, with dignity and compassion.
- You’ll help service users maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Shift Patterns:
- Morning Shifts: 7 am – 3 pm
- Evening Shifts: 3 pm – 10 pm
- Alternate weekends

Requirements
- A right to work in the UK
- Compassion, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided
