Shift: Morning, Night, Overnight

Who you are
- You thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- You can stand, lift, and walk for long periods.
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities with a smile.

- Results-driven and enjoys teamwork but can work solo.
- You love working in a team setting but don’t mind working solo too!
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds (with assistance).
- Previous warehouse / logistics experience is required
- Forklift and equipment experience is required
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage.
- Safely unload and manage inbound / outbound merchandise.
- Verify received articles against paperwork for accuracy.
- Document any damage to merchandise.
- Store pallets in assigned locations.
- Maintain safety and security in your areas.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive IKEA culture.
- Follow processes and take on additional tasks as needed.
